Marketing Executive

Job Description
The marketing executive is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to generate
inbound leads for iVoiceUp

As a B2B SaaS company, we rely on six pillars of communications:

  1. Social media + Digital
  2. Collabs
  3. PR
  4. Events
  5. Bulk e-mails
  6. Partnerships

Responsibilities

External

• Conduct Market Research and Customer behavior for our target audience.
• Create an overall social media strategy to promote brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Develop a monthly social media calendar (LinkedIn, FB, Instagram, X)
• Create relevant communities and groups to our service.
• Manage the designer/content. creators/Videographers/Photographers/Editors.
• Create and moderate relevant and up to trend social media channels.
• Create a minimum of 2 major social media campaigns annually.

• Handle the digital media and media buying campaigns (LinkedIn, META, Google)

• Analyze the marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of the campaign and making adjustments accordingly.
• Monthly Digital Marketing Insight reports.
• Formulate customized bi-monthly Bulk emails to the target sectors by creating and managing email campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Developing email templates, creating content, and managing email lists.
Measuring the success of email campaigns (conversion rates, open rates,
click-through-rates, etc.) and adjusting accordingly.
• Write two blog posts/Newsletters per month and upload them on website.
• Monitor our website with tech team on quarterly basis for any updates.
• Regular updates on the Sales Enablement Materials.
• Work on any POS Materials or Marketing Giveaways with the agencies whenever needed.

Internal

• Assist in the on-boarding launching campaigns.
• Follow up with clients on the status of iVoiceUp internal communications.
• Work on Client Surveys on a periodical basis.
• Ensure a regular circulation of EDMs.
• Work closely with the CSM team on upselling.
• Generate quarterly reports covering all our clients.

Clerical

• Ensure the organization of our drive and keeping track of our activities.
• Keeping reports in place and on time.
• Attending internal and external meetings.
• Preparing the annual events calendar and attending and working on events and conferences including their coverage.
• Assist in the planning and preparations of online and offline Events of different sorts.
• Working with external suppliers, providers, agencies and print houses.
