Sales Account Executive:

Job Description:

• The account executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing client relationships with enterprise businesses.
 • They will be expected to meet or exceed sales revenue targets and other assigned objectives.
 • They will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Sales:

  • Present the product and its features to the prospect, demonstrating how it can add value to their business. 
  • Handle the sales process from presenting, demoing, following-up, answering product-related questions to closing the deal. 
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed sales revenue targets.
  • Communicate the value of the company’s software solutions to prospective clients.

2. Sales Process:

  • Continuously work to improve sales techniques to increase conversion rates.
  • Strategize on best selling techniques and optimal price points.
  •  Manage and enhance the sales process, including prospecting, presentations, and closing deals.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, contracts and sales enablement material. 
  • Develop an understanding of the client’s business challenges and propose solutions that fit the client’s needs.
  •  Work closely with the Marketing and Business development teams to strategize on what sectors and regions to focus on.
  • Conduct training sessions for our partners to be up-to date with our internal sales process.

3. Reporting and Analysis:

  •  Use data and insights to inform decision making and optimize the sales process.
  • Track and report sales activities and results through CRM software and other reporting tools. 
  • Analyze trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and Present a monthly report of the sales progress

 4. Industry Knowledge:

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes that may impact sales or the company’s business.
  • Attend conferences and other industry events to network and build relationships within the industry.
  • Research and understand how different sectors operate to identify their pain points.

    • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales for SaaS products.
     • Evidence of high sales achievement, prospecting, and closing deals.
     • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
     • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
     • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
     • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
     • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
     • Knowledge of the enterprise software market, industry trends would be an advantage.
