Role Overview

The Accounting & Operations Executive will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial processes and operational workflows across iVoiceUp’s entities in Egypt and Dubai. This role requires a high level of accuracy, ownership, and the ability to coordinate across departments and external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

  • Manage bookkeeping and daily accounting entries in accordance with company procedures.
  • Prepare and reconcile invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Lead monthly closing processes and assist in preparing financial reports.
  • Maintain organized and accurate accounting records for both iVoiceUp Egypt and iVoiceUp LLC (Dubai).
  • Coordinate with external accountants, tax advisors, and auditors.
  • Monitor payments, collections, and outstanding balances.
  • Prepare financial summaries and assist in investor reporting.

Operations & Administration

  • Oversee procurement and vendor management processes (quotations, purchase orders, and payments).
  • Manage company documentation and compliance renewals in Egypt & Dubai (e.g., commercial registration, VAT, corporate tax).
  • Prepare internal reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
  • Coordinate with HR and payroll service providers for monthly salary processing and reimbursements.
  • Support the COO in managing operational workflows, contracts, and document filing.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Liaise with the sales and customer success teams to ensure proper invoicing and collection tracking.
  • Collaborate with external partners such as banks, ADGM representatives, and legal offices.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance financial and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 3–6 years of experience in accounting and operations, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Odoo).
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
