Channel & Partnership Manager

Role Overview

The Channel & Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth for iVoiceUp across the MENA region. This includes building and nurturing relationships with resellers, consultants, and ecosystem partners to expand iVoiceUp’s market reach and customer base. The ideal candidate combines business development experience with a strong understanding of SaaS sales and B2B partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development & Management

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channels and strategic partners (consulting firms, system integrators, and resellers).
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with partners to ensure mutual success and growth.
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans, co-marketing activities, and sales enablement strategies with partners.

Conduct regular business reviews to monitor partner performance and align on objectives.

Channel Sales Enablement

  • Train and support partners on iVoiceUp’s products, value propositions, and sales processes.
  • Provide partners with the tools, content, and resources needed to effectively represent iVoiceUp.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead sharing and deal registration processes.

Strategic Alliances

  • Identify opportunities for alliances with compliance associations, HR tech providers, or enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure they align with iVoiceUp’s commercial and strategic goals.
  • Represent iVoiceUp at relevant industry events, conferences, and partner forums.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track and report on partner performance, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
  • Analyze channel metrics and suggest improvements to optimize partner productivity.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure operational alignment and partner satisfaction.

    Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner programs or reseller networks.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and SaaS business models.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
